Educational justice means providing equal educational opportunities for students, which is often related to equality in the teacher's treatment of students, especially in classes where there is great diversity and difference between students. In such a way all students have the available facilities to provide opportunities for the growth and flourishing of talents and have sufficient motivation to achieve their goals. Factors affecting educational justice include individual factors such as gender, degree, the field of study, place of residence, and race. On the other hand, studies have shown that educational justice affects factors such as joy in learning, civic behaviors, educational self-efficacy, and academic achievement of students, as well as academic burnout and deception. Since education is one of the most important assets available to the public, the realization of justice in education is one of the most key and important goals in educational systems around the world, and to achieve this goal, we must first determine the factors affecting educational justice and Identify the effects of educational justice on medical education. Therefore, this study has been written with the aim of reviewing educational justice.
