fa مروری بر عدالت آموزشی تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri=""><span lang="FA"><span style="background:yellow"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" lotus=""><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">عدالت آموزشی به معنای فراهم کردن فرصت های آموزشی برابر برای دانشجویان است. به صورتی که استاد با دانشجویان به ویژه در کلاس هایی که تنوع و تفاوت زیادی بین دانشجویان وجود دارد، برخورد برابری داشته باشد. </span></span></span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" lotus=""><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">به صورتی که </span></span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" lotus=""><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">همه ی دانشجویان در یک محیط از امکانات موجود برخوردار شوند تا زمینه برای رشد و شکوفایی استعدادها فراهم شود و انگیزه ی کافی برای تلاش و تکاپو در راستای رسیدن به هدف را داشته باشند. &nbsp;موارد تأثیر گذار بر عدالت آموزشی شامل عوامل فردی نظیر جنسیت، رشته و مقطع تحصیلی، محل سکونت، نژاد و قومیت می باشند. از طرف دیگر مطالعات نشان داده اند که عدالت آموزشی بر عواملی مانند نشاط یادگیری، رفتارهای مدنی، خودکارآمدی و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان و همچنین فرسودگی و فریبکاری تحصیلی اثرگذار می باشد. از آنجایی که آموزش مهم ترین سرمایه ای است که در دسترس عامه مردم قرار دارد، تحقق عدالت در آموزش، یکی از اهداف بسیار کلیدی و مهم در نظام های آموزشی سراسر دنیاست و برای نیل به این هدف، در ابتدا باید عوامل تأثیر گذار بر عدالت آموزشی و تأثیراتی که عدالت آموزشی بر مقوله آموزش پزشکی دارد را مشخص کنیم. بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف مروری بر عدالت آموزشی نوشته شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri=""><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Educational justice means providing equal educational opportunities for students, which is often related to equality in the teacher&#39;s treatment of students, especially in classes where there is great diversity and difference between students.
