fa مقایسه سامانه‌های کلینیک مجازی و بیمار مجازی از نظر امکانات و ویژگی‌های کاربردی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" lotus="">یکی از روش‌های کم کردن خطاهای دانشجویان علوم پزشکی در بالین، ایجاد بستری مناسب و امن در محیط شبیه‌سازی شده است تا آن&shy;ها بتوانند بدون داشتن عواقب جدی برای بیمار و خود، به توانمندی&shy; های موردنظر دست یابند. به علاوه از دیرباز، توجه ویژه‌&shy;ای به آموزش‌ عملی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی همراه با بالاتر بردن کیفیت آموزش شده است. ایجاد فضاهای آموزشی مجازی با کیفیت، از راهکارهای افزایش فرصت آموزش عملی و کاهش محدودیت‌های آن می‌باشد. در این راستا، یکی از تکنولوژی‌های جدید قابل استفاده که نتایج مثبتی در ارتقا توانمندی دانشجویان داشته است، آموزش از طریق سایبرکلینیک (کلینیک شبیه&shy;‌سازی شده مبتنی بر وب) و بیمار مجازی است. دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران نیز، در راستای حرکت به سوی مجازی سازی آموزش، اقدام به توسعه سامانه بیمار مجازی در بستر وب نموده است. در این بررسی مقالات مرتبط با سایبرکلینیک و بیمار مجازی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و نکات و عناصر کلیدی سامانه‌های سایبرکلینیک استخراج شد. همچنین سامانه‌های سایبرکلینیک موجود در کشورهای مختلف به منظور ارتقای سامانه‌ی موجود دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران از نظر ویژگی‌های کاربری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و امکانات انواع سامانه‌ها از نظر شیوه تعامل با کاربر، تشخیص بیماری، نحوه ارائه گزارش کار و بازخورد ارزیابی شد. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از بررسی مقالات و سامانه‌ها، پیشنهاداتی در جهت ارتقای سامانه موجود در دو بخش آموزشی و ارزشیابی و بازخورد ارائه شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="">One of the most important ways to reduce the errors of medical students in the clinic is to create a suitable and safe situation in the simulated environment so that they can learn the desired abilities without serious complications for the patient and themselves. In addition, special attention has long been paid to the practical education of medical students along with improving the quality of education. One of the ways to increase the opportunity for practical education and reduce its limitations is by creating high-quality virtual educational spaces. In this regard, one of the new technologies that can be used that have positive results in improving the ability of students in education is cyber-clinic (web-based simulated clinic) and virtual patient. Tehran University of Medical Sciences, to move towards education virtualization, has developed a virtual patient system on the web. &nbsp;In this study, articles related to cyber-clinic and virtual patient were reviewed and the key points and elements of cyber-clinic systems were extracted. Also, cyber-clinic systems in different countries were evaluated to upgrade the existing system of the Tehran University of Medical Sciences in terms of user characteristics and the capabilities of various systems in terms of user interaction, disease diagnosis, report&nbsp;<a href="#_msocom_1" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">[RG1]</a>, and feedback.
