fa بررسی تجربه زیسته تحصیل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی از منظر دانش آموختگان بین الملل عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مقدمه:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> هدف مطالعه حاضر تبیین تجربه زیسته تحصیل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی از منظر دانش آموختگان بین الملل بوده است. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مواد و روشها:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> به منظور استخراج تجارب مثبت و منفی دانش آموختگان بین الملل مطالعه ای کیفی انجام شد. محیط پژوهش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران بود. مطالعه از طریق مصاحبه با دانش آموختگان بین الملل انجام شد. مصاحبه ها به روش تحلیل محتوا تجزیه و تحلیل شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده های کیفی از نرم افزار </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">MAXQDA10</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> استفاده شد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته ها:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> محتوا مصاحبه ها در قالب محتوای مصاحبه ها در قالب 2 مقوله، 21 مفهوم و 82 کد طبقه بندی شد. دو مقوله اصلی مطالعه عبارتند از: 1)تجارب مثبت(70 کد و 13 مفهوم)؛ و 2)تجارب منفی(12 کد و 8 مفهوم). مقوله تجارب مثبت مشتمل بر <a name="_Hlk143209659">حوزه های بازاریابی، فرهنگی، ارتباطی، اجتماعی، رفتاری، علمی، آموزشی، فنی و تکنولوژیکی، مالی، سازمانی، پژوهشی، رفاهی، و پیامدی</a> بود. مقوله تجارب منفی نیز مشتمل بر حوزه های بازاریابی، فرهنگی، ارتباطی، اجتماعی، آموزشی، مالی، سازمانی، و رفاهی بود. <a name="_Hlk143209595"></a></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بحث و نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> تلاش در راستای ارتقاء تجربه زیسته دانش آموختگان بین الملل یکی از مهمترین عناصر زیربنائی بین المللی سازی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی، مسیر پیشرفت در سطوح عالی رتبه بندی جهانی و عامل رقابتی به شمار می رود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b>Introduction:</b> The purpose was to explain the lived experience of graduated at the University of Medical Sciences from the perspective of the international alumni.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b>Materials & Methods:</b> A qualitative study was conducted. The research environment was Iran University of Medical Sciences. The interviews were analyzed by the content analysis. MAXQDA10 software was used to analyze the qualitative data.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b>Results:</b> The content of the interviews was classified into two categories, twenty-one concepts and eighty-two codes. The two main categories are as follows: 1) the positive experiences (Seventy codes and thirteen concepts); and 2) the negative experiences (Twelve coded and eight concepts). The category of the positive experiences was classified in the fields of marketing, culture, communication, social, behavior, science, education, technology, finance, organization, research, welfare, and consequence.
